The Energy Technologies Institute (ETI) welcomes the launch of the Government’s Heat strategy by the Department of Energy & Climate Change.
Dr David Clarke, Chief Executive Officer of the ETI said: "We welcome the publication of the DECC heat strategy. The availability of heat is important to everyone in everyday life. The challenge we face is to ensure that heat is delivered efficiently around our country in a reliable and accessible form for consumers. The outline of the strategy and the work that it details provides a good framework for addressing these issues. Here at the ETI we are playing our part in this field and will be informing development of policy through the outputs of our technology portfolio."
