“We are shocked and deeply saddened at the passing of our Chief Executive Dr David Clarke. David was a leader, a colleague and a friend to us and we will miss him terribly. Our thoughts and sympathies are with his family and we will do our best to ensure the legacy of the ETI is a fitting tribute to David who has led the organisation with passion and integrity since its establishment.”
